Palmtherapy^SM/TM is a method that involves the direct stimulation of specific areas of the human hand. Discovered and named in late 1985 by MoshŽ Zwang, a doctor on Naturopathy, Palmtherapy^SM/TM has proven effective in relieving fears, anxiety, grief and a broad range of other emotional pain in adults and children.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Hi, I'm Carol Benko, a Certified Palmtherapist. Working in a relaxing atmosphere, I stimulate key pressure points and lines in your hand, activating various neurological connectors. During a session, I use my own hands to systematically apply pressure to these hand/brain/mind connection points. Within minutes one can begin to release fears, test anxiety, public speaking anxiety, love pain, grief, weight issues, anger, childhood traumas and other negative emotions in adults and children. This increases positive thoughts and behavior patterns, builds self-esteem, motivation, mental clarity, willpower, logical thinking and emotional balance.
